gaming merchandise, Tommo also manufactures and distributes exclusive private
lines and NBA licensed casino-quality Poker chips.

1. How to order –
• Email us your order (game title/platform/quantity), we will reply
with price quotes availability, and shipping amount. Then you can confirm
your order to ship.
• Fax us your order at 909-718-0811 with (game title/platform/quantity)
• Call us at 909-718-0809
• We do not require a minimum order, however we suggest our customers
to order accordingly to save on shipping.
2. Payments –
• All new customers are required to pay by COD Cashier’s Check
or Money Order.
• Terms may be applied, customers are required to fill a credit
application and provide two years of the company’s financial report.
• Wire transfer can be made for large orders or International orders
• We DO NOT accept Credit Cards
3. Shipping/Services – Shipping is paid by buyer –
• We use the following shipping companies: UPS, FEDEX, DHL, Roadway
Express, and Bullet Freights.
• All orders must be submitted before 2pm PST to ensure shipment
to ship on the same day.
• Shipping delivery time depends on regional territory and shipping
method. Time frame ranges from 2 to 7 days by regular ground service.
We also offer next day, 2nd day and 3 day shipping services.
4. Discounts –
• We offer quantity discounts. Discounts depend on the quantity
and the titles/products. Discounts are given for purchases of 48pcs or
more, but does not apply to all items.
5. Special Promotion/Closeouts –
• Specials deals and closeouts are posted on our “SPECIAL”
page weekly. These promotional deals are only for our registered customers.
Special promotions and closeouts are limited and on a first come first
serve basis.
